Velora Scents Terms and Conditions

1. Legal Entity and Jurisdiction

Velora Scents is owned by Opus Heights LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout and take full responsibility for the use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. All delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return for unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@velorascents.com. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
